Spring 2018
Nick returned to work with Spicy Witch Productions this spring on two premieres - Life Is But A Dream, a new translation and adaptation of La Vida es Sueño, and Merrily, Merrily, a new contemporary work based on the original work.

Curvy Girls Rock
Summer 2018
Curvy Girls Rock, a new web series from Harlem Fusion Studios, is shooting this summer. Nick is one of the lead male love interests in this female driven, body positive show. Stay tuned!

Skeleton Crew on Revry and Bear World TV
Summer 2017
Skeleton Crew, a web series Nick was a lead in in 2015, has been picked up and licensed for streaming on Revry through Bear World TV. Revry is a new LGBT streaming network that launched in May, 2017.

Tomfoolery, or: "No One is Safe"
Spring and Summer 2016
As it heats up in NYC, it seems like a great time to get out for a breather. Nick returned to Vermont for the next part of his season with Lost Nation Theater, and was thrilled to get back behind the keys. He joined them as Musical Director and lead the ensemble as a performer in Tomfoolery, and essentially spent a month and change channeling Tom Lehrer.

What better way to spend a week between contracts than developing new work? Between Hairspray and Tomfoolery, Nick got the opportunity to do a staged reading of a new work by Duncan Pflaster with Turn To Flesh Productions. New verse and contemporary farce is where it's at.

HAIRSPRAY: Back to the Music
Spring 2016
After a long time away, Nick jumped back behind the keys and escaped back up to Montpelier, VT for spring in New England, which is an amazing season. He got the chance to work with local professionals, phenomenal young actors, and other actors from NYC and other major cities to come together and tell this amazing and topical story - before it's on National TV!


New England Patriots And Screen Time
Fall 2015
"Totally Patriots", a weekly Patriots sports show geared towards kids, got a new theme song this year thanks to Nick! He recorded all of the parts for an a cappella version of their old theme music along with one of the girls from the video, then filmed with a group for the video. Check it out!
Delirium's Daughters Returned
Summer 2015
After a successful and acclaimed limited run in winter, Delirium's Daughters made a triumphant return, rolling over from an AEA showcase to an Off-Broadway production and Nick stepped back into the lead as Giovio. It ran for two months at the Clurman Theatre at Theatre Row later this summer to excellent reviews, including the New York Times.

Screen Time
Spring 2015
April and May are bringing some expansion into the world of print and screen! In between his work at Lost Nation, Nick had repeat modeling gigs with Amscan (costume division), shot a commercial for Admiration Foods with Parlour Productions, and began work on the pilot for a webseries with Sidekick Productions.
Treasure Island
April and May 2015
Spring this year meant returning Vermont (near his roots!) to join Lost Nation's production of Treasure Island. A fresh take on this salty tale, it reminds us where the clear, unforgiving line is drawn between real and make believe. Plus: he got to be frightfully English all day - which is one of his favorite things.

Delirium's Daughters at Theatre Row
March 2015
Nick took on the comic lead Giovio, the loveable scoundrel, in Delirium's Daughters, a new comedy in verse by Nicholas Korn. It was called "...easily one of the best shows currently in New York" by nytheatreguide.com, who also dubbed Nick "the real attraction in this production [with his] masterful timing...". Passion In Pigskin
January 2015
The year kicked off with a turn as the baritone tragic hero in Passion In Pigskin, a new cabaret opera by Michael Lydon, with additional music by Ellen Mandel. It is a tragic-comic opera about two football stars and their deadly love triangle with one of the team's cheerleaders.

Snow Queen
Winter 2015
Nick has signed on to transcribe The Snow Queen, a new opera, with Turn to Flesh Productions. The project will receive its first workshop and presentation in mid-winter of the coming year.
Turn to Flesh Productions (TTF) is a new theatre company based out of New York City that aims to bring new plays dealing with modern themes written in classical styles to the stage, in order to examine the issues facing our world today through the lens of what has come before.

The Un-Authorized Biographie of Billy Shakespeare
Fall 2014/Winter 2015
Nick's transcription work continues on The Un-Authorized Biographie of Billy Shakespeare, a new musical with book, music, and lyrics by actor/composer Michael Perrie Jr. The show had a successful workshop/performance/presentation of its first act in the early fall Check in to find out what's happening with this project as things develop over the coming months!


The Two Gentlemen of Verona and Becky Shaw
Fall 2014
Nick joined Spicy Witch Productions for their fall repertory season. He took on Valentine and fight choreography in TGOV and Andrew in Becky Shaw, as well as composed new music for TGOV. It was somewhat of a relief to focus on just two scripts for an extended rehearsal period after juggling a total of eight plays in such rapid succession during his summer and fall seasons.
Spicy Witch Productions is a female-driven company that pairs classical and contemporary plays to highlight and explore issues of gender and identity.

Adirondack Shakespeare Company
October 2014
Nick returned to work with the Adirondack Shakespeare Comapny for their Fall Season. The company of twelve actors performed Macbeth and The Taming of the Shrew in rep. Nick was thrilled to not only act in both shows, but to head up the Fight Choreography for both plays in the season.

Bottom's Dream: 12 Hour Reinvention
September 2014
Nick appeared in the12 Hour Reinvention with Bottom's Dream. In these exciting one-day events, actors have twelve hours to reinvent a Shakespeare scene (that they receive on the day) with a partner (that they are assigned first thing in the morning) and then perform their scenes at 8:00 PM.

Summer 2014
Nick joined the Adirondack Shakespeare Comapny for their Summer Festival. This year, the festival included 6 plays: Richard II, Henry IV Part I, Henry IV Part 2, and Henry V (which comprise The second half of the Kingship Cycle), The Tempest, and their original children's show, David & Goliath. The ensemble performed all 6 plays in rep over the course of July and August, based around Schroon Lake and toured throughout Adirondack Park.

Twelfth Night
June 2014
Nick spent the month of June touring New Jersey's parks with Hudson Shakespeare Company as Duke Orsino in their production of Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, also serving as the production's fight captain. The weather was cooperative and the venues were beautiful, such as Frank Sinatra Park along the Hudson River (pictured).

Solo Show
April 2014
What You'd Expect, Nick's solo show about the "gay stereotype as weapon", received it's first American reading at The Bridge Theatre, presented by Dare Lab, a production company and theatre collective fostering new work and new thought in NYC.

The Loves of Oscar Wilde

Nick closed his first NYC production since returning from England in a fittingly British fashion - Somdomite: The Loves of Oscar Wilde with Sidekick Productions came to a close. Sidekick Productions is an NYC-based production company comitted to size-blind casting constantly producing full plays, short plays, and appearing in festivals throughout the city.
